Hier ist ein Rezept, die Kekse sollen total lecker sein. Am n\u00e4chsten Wochenende hatte ich Zeit, Appetit auf Kekse und Lust zu backen. Die Zutaten waren sogar alle im Haus. Also ab in die K\u00fcche!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezept<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr etwa 40 Kekse<br\/><\/strong>250 g Weizenmehl<br\/>1 TL Backpulver<br\/>150 g Zucker<br\/>1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillin-Zucker<br\/>150 g weiche Butter<br\/>1 Prise Salz<br\/>1 Ei (Gr\u00f6\u00dfe M)<br\/>250 g Toffifee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_6821.jpg\" alt=\"Rezept Karamell Kekse, schnelle Kekse\" class=\"wp-image-12345\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_6821.jpg 640w, https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_6821-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br\/>Backofen auf ca. 170\u00b0 Hei\u00dfluft vorheizen.<br\/>Die H\u00e4lfte der Toffifee vierteln, die andere H\u00e4lfte noch kleiner schneiden. Ich habe sie etwa geachtelt. Sie m\u00fcssen nicht alle die gleiche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Form haben.<br\/>Alle Zutaten au\u00dfer den Toffifee in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem Handmixer oder in der K\u00fcchenmaschine durchkneten.<br\/>Die kleiner geschnittenen Toffifees hinzuf\u00fcgen und unterr\u00fchren, alles zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten.<br\/>Mit einem Teel\u00f6ffel kleine Portionen abnehmen und auf ein Blech legen. Etwas Abstand lassen, die Kekse breiten sich aus.<br\/>Die \u00fcbrigen (in Viertel geschnittene Toffifees) auf die Teigkugeln verteilen und leicht andr\u00fccken.<br\/>Etwa 12-15 Minuten backen.<br\/>Kurz auf dem Blech liegen lassen, dann zum Ausk\u00fchlen auf einen Kuchenrost legen. Zum Abl\u00f6sen vom Blech habe ich eine Palette benutzt.<br\/>Zur Lagerung die vollkommen erkalteten Kekse in eine gut schlie\u00dfende Blechdose legen. Sie halten dann etwas 3 Wochen.<br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varianten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Montag habe ich meiner Kollegin stolz ein Beutelchen mit mitgebrachten Keksen pr\u00e4sentiert. Sie lachte und holt ihrerseits auch ein T\u00fctchen mit Keksen aus der Tasche.<br\/>Ihre Kekse sahen allerdings ganz anders aus. \u201eMeine\u201c waren recht d\u00fcnn und knusprig und recht s\u00fc\u00df. Ihre eher kompakt und fest.<br\/>Beide Arten waren sehr lecker, nur sehr unterschiedlich.<br\/>Meine Kollegin hat nur 100g Zucker verwendet und das Weizenmehl zur H\u00e4lfte durch Roggenmehl ersetzt. Ihre Kekse schmeckten deshalb weniger s\u00fc\u00df und waren durch die andere Mehlsorte kompakter. Fotos davon habe ich nicht, weil sie ja gleich aufgegessen wurden. Im B\u00fcro halten Kekse nicht besonders lang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_6822.jpg\" alt=\"Rezept Toffifee Kekse, schnelles baken, backen f\u00fcr Eilige\" class=\"wp-image-12346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_6822.jpg 640w, https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_6822-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch das ist ein gutes Beispiel daf\u00fcr, dass man ruhig den Mut haben sollte Rezepte abzuwandeln. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt man \u00fcberraschende Ergebnisse und bringt eine individuelle Note ein. Mit ein wenig Erfahrung wei\u00dft du schnell welche Variante dir besser schmecken wird. Wenn ich diese Kekse n\u00e4chstes Mal backe, werde ich auch etwas weniger Zucker verwenden und die H\u00e4lfte des Mehls durch gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse ersetzen.
