Das passt! Wir haben hier einen klassischen M\u00fcrbteig, etwas Schokolade und leckeres Karamell aus Honig und gesalzenen Erdn\u00fcssen. Au\u00dferdem etwas Glitzer, denn was w\u00e4re die Adventszeit ohne Goldstaub?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten f\u00fcr circa 25 St\u00fcck<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g gew\u00fcrfelte kalte Butter<br>150 g Zucker<br>1 Ei<br>400 g Mehl<br>2 EL Kakao<br>1 Prise Salz<br>200 g ger\u00f6stete und gesalzene Erdn\u00fcsse<br>2 EL fl\u00fcssiger Honig<br>\u00bd TL Zimt<br>150 g Zart-bitter-Schokolade (50 %)<br>essbares Goldpuder zur Verzierung<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Karamell-Tannenbaeume-1.jpg\" alt=\"Karamell-Tannenbaum\" class=\"wp-image-18176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Karamell-Tannenbaeume-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/leckerekekse.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Karamell-Tannenbaeume-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Butter, Zucker, Ei, Mehl, Kakao und Salz zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Zur Kugel formen und f\u00fcr circa eine Stunde kalt stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofen auf 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Zwei Backbleche mit Backpapier belegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erdn\u00fcsse grob hacken. Honig mit 2-3 EL Wasser und Zimt aufkochen, dann mit den gehackten Erdn\u00fcssen vermischen. Die Masse auf einem Bogen Backpapier flach verteilen und im Ofen circa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-10 Minuten goldbraun karamellisieren. Anschlie\u00dfend abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teig auf einer mit etwas Mehl best\u00e4ubten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che circa 3-5 mm dick ausrollen. Mit einem Ausstecher tannenbaumf\u00f6rmige Pl\u00e4tzchen ausstechen und diese nebeneinander auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pl\u00e4tzchen im hei\u00dfen Ofen circa 12 Minuten backen. Danach abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Schokolade klein hacken und in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel \u00fcber einem hei\u00dfen Wasserbad schmelzen. Die Pl\u00e4tzchen d\u00fcnn mit der fl\u00fcssigen Schokolade bestreichen und sofort mit den N\u00fcssen bestreuen.
